Ayrshire College

Due to Covid-19 restrictions students will not deliver sport in primary schools as part of their placement this term. As an alternative 16 HNC students from Ayrshire College will lead a variety of projects in South Ayrshire to encourage pupils to take part in Sport and Physical Activity. These projects will be delivered online with pupils participating either at home or at School and will take place between October and December.

Student Internships

Students from UWS and Ayrshire College will be offered the opportunity to become an Active Schools Intern. This role will see the students leading and managing a variety of projects across the authority throughout the School year.
